Fixtures updated  1st July 09. New items in Red

Hopefully the League results will be updated for the Poole 10K shortly. The current awards situation after Poole is on the League Awards link.

A day late due but here we are. Some problems with the Poole 10K as well as the rain. I videoed the 1st 382 and there were 4 missed runners (Andy Clements and Tim Birch were 2 of these), 3 with numbers that didn’t match and 1 finished but was not on the video. I have passed the problems on but to date these have not been corrected on the Poole Runners website. I will calculate the league results using my corrections. As usual if you were one of those not registered or with the wrong chip let me know.

Due to pressure of work and the Egdon Easy Richard has been unable to update the League Results site to date but I have put the current leaders on the 09 League Awards page. Hope it’s not too hot on Sunday for race no. 6 the Poole 10K

Amended Purbeck results are now on the Results & County Champs link above. There are still a couple of duplicate numbers. We will do better next time I promise. League results will be updated shortly and County Champs medals will be sent out in due course.

I have compiled the current League Awards 2009 page after 4 races. Take a look and see who is in line for the awards at the moment. The list is compiled using 1 result from the 4 to date.

Another suggestion for 2010 is to split the League into 2 so that we have promotion and demotion with maybe fewer male runners to count in the lower League. Let me know your opinion.
